STGFOP AWARD: Numi’s Grand Prize Winner
The Super Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe Award goes to the employee who demonstrates the most impact over the past quarter, affecting the company in a substantial way. This employee has demonstrated a proven track record of work excellence, tea’mwork, professionalism, pride and ownership, efficiency and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. In this particular quarter, their efforts have gone above and beyond to take Numi to the next level.
Diana Agtane and Tisha Winters
Diana (our Event Manager) and Tisha (our PR Coordinator) spent the last three weeks living in LA, bringing our LA “geoblitz” to life. They did approximately 18 events on the heels of the Natural Products Expo tradeshow. They enthusiastically promoted Numi, coming back from all their events and then blogging their experiences. We appreciate their hard work and devotion to our products, as well as their amazing can-do attitudes.
Matt Reynoso & Phil Annas
Matt is our Facilities Coordinator and Phil Receiving Coordinator the warehouse. Both are long term employees who never hesitate to jump in where they are needed. In this case, the need was around preparing the building for our facilities audit. Both worked extra hours and weekends to ensure that everything was ready. Thanks to their dedication Numi scored a 96%, our highest score yet, putting us in the category of “excellent”.
