FAST Delivery to Contiguous U.S.

When you order by 1 PM EST Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays), most orders will ship within 24-48 hours.

Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:

• Credit card payment issue
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Orders held because items are out of stock. On infrequent occasions, we may be out of stock in your region’s warehouse. In this case your order may take longer as we await product or ship from an alternate warehouse if available. If we are unable to fulfill an item, we will notify you of the cancellation.
• Fedex or other premium carrier circumstances (severe weather, etc.)
• Heat sensitive items requiring cool ship (see below)

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the driver will use their discretion to determine whether a signature is required or if the package can be left at your door, with a building manager, or with a neighbor. If the driver determines a signature is necessary,  they will make several attempts to secure one.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses

Cool Ship for Drinking Chocolate

We want to preserve the quality of your Numi Drinking Chocolate to ensure your utmost enjoyment of them. During the warm weather season, when necessary, we will upgrade the packaging and shipping method to Cool Ship at no additional cost. 

Please note that we will only be shipping orders that require Cool Ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so that your order will not be in transit or held at a shipping hub over the weekend. This ensures you receive the freshest product possible. Orders placed after 5 p.m. on Wednesday may not be shipped until the following Monday to minimize exposure to high temperatures while in transit to you.
